When your website, app or business system stops working, you lose sales and customer trust. We monitor it 24/7, fix problems fast, and stop them from coming back.
Six services, all included in every plan. The technical name, and what it means in practice.
Monitoring and observability
We watch your systems, 24/7
Dashboards, alerts and daily health checks on your website, apps, APIs and database. We track the business signals too, like failed payments, error pages and drops in transactions.
What it means for you: we usually spot problems before your customers do.
Incident management (L2/L3)
We fix problems fast
When something breaks, an engineer starts working on it within your plan's SLA. We classify it from P1 to P4, diagnose it, apply a workaround or hotfix, and run the bridge call for critical issues. You get status updates from start to finish.
What it means for you: one team that owns the problem until it's solved, and no chasing for updates.
Root cause analysis (RCA)
We stop repeat problems
After every P1 and P2, we investigate exactly why it happened and fix the cause, not just the symptom. Recurring issues are tracked until a permanent fix ships.
What it means for you: fewer problems every month.
Change management
We make changes safely
Assisted deployments and maintenance windows, with pre- and post-release checks on the critical journeys and a rollback plan for every production change. Hotfixes go through the same controlled process.
What it means for you: updates don't turn into outages.
Preventive maintenance
We keep everything healthy
Security patching, SSL certificate renewals, backups with tested restores, and routine database health checks, so small issues are handled before they become incidents.
What it means for you: fewer security risks and fewer surprises.
SLA reporting and service reviews
You always know how things are going
A monthly service review with clear KPIs: incidents by priority, time to acknowledge (MTTA), time to resolve (MTTR), SLA compliance and recurring issues. If we miss the SLA, you get a credit on your invoice.
What it means for you: you always know how your systems are doing.
What we don't do: build new features or new software. Fixes and small corrective changes are covered by your plan; product development stays with your team or your development partner.
Pricing
Pick the hours you need covered, then choose a shared team or a team of your own. All prices in US dollars, per month, with a 12-month agreement.
Every plan includes all six services for one production environment. The SLA response time is how quickly an engineer starts working on your issue.

Questions
Which plan is right for me?
Think about when your customers use your system. If it's mostly office hours, start with Essential. If they use it evenings, weekends or around the clock, choose Extended, Extended Plus or Always On. The assessment ends with a clear recommendation.
What's the difference between shared and dedicated?
A shared team is a group of senior engineers who look after several clients, with a set number of hours each month for you. A dedicated team works only on your systems, gets to know them inside out, and responds even faster.
What do P1, P2 and P3 mean?
They are priority levels. P1 (critical): your system is down, or customers can't buy or use it. P2 (high): something important is broken, but the business keeps running. P3 (normal): a minor issue or a request.
What is an SLA, and what happens if you miss it?
The SLA (service level agreement) is our promise on response times. If our compliance falls below 95% in a month, you get a credit on your invoice: 5% of your monthly fee for every percentage point below target, up to 20%.
Do you fix the problem, or just tell us about it?
We fix it. Our L2/L3 engineers diagnose the issue and apply the workaround or hotfix, and you get updates throughout. If a fix needs new product development, we hand it over to your team with the full analysis.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move to a bigger plan at any time as your business grows.
Keeping a business-critical platform running
Four years looking after a busy, customer-facing platform that operates every hour of every day.
This engagement was led by our founder before ProdExperts was founded. The client is anonymized and figures are rounded.
The problem
It kept going down
6–9 outages every quarter that customers noticed.
The database was fragile
Heavy activity could take the whole site offline.
Customers were frustrated
More than 120 complaints a week about core parts of the site.
Nobody owned it
Problems were handled as they came, with no process or promised response times.
The result: outages went to zero
Outages customers noticed, per quarter. The last quarter is partial, until handover.
100%uptime on the most important pages, up from about 99%
−60%customer complaints within eight weeks
+35%more weekly transactions, on a platform that stayed stable
How we got there
Business-level monitoring
35+ dashboards tracking transactions and errors, not just servers.
A standard incident process
About 3,000 incidents handled with an ITIL-based process, 95% within SLA.
Root cause analysis
An RCA after every P1 and P2, so causes were fixed, not just symptoms.
Preventive maintenance
Regular database tune-ups and security patching cut vulnerabilities by 75%.
